Unlike the usual, we do not put our own listings on our website for privacy reasons, our listings are only on the most exclusive portals of the world. However, we do show new developments on Social Media.
Furthermore, we believe that you don’t get your dream house from a selected list that a real estate agent puts on his own website, because the chances are minimal that the unique house is among them. No, you want to have a real estate agent who specifically looks for the home that is just for you. How we work during the buying process
- We receive a message from you being interested to buy a property (according to our research 75% of our new clients are coming from referrals)
- We set up a call at your earliest convenience via skype/zoom/teams or other to have a first understanding of your wishes
- After the call we will send you the minutes of our conversation and a questionnaire for more detailed information
- Only after receipt of the questionnaire, we will start our search and will send you several property proposals
- We discuss the proposals with you to narrow down the search and provide additional proposals if needed
- Based on your selected properties we will visit them for you and have a live streaming in order to answer your questions in real time
- After the final list (short list) of properties, we invite you to come over at your own costs (we can assist in hotel reservations, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc.)
- We invite you to our beautiful garden office with a Spanish drink and tapa’s, explaining the viewing for the next day(s) and possible appointments with legal professionals
- The next day(s) you will have the viewing of the properties
- You make the final decision on your preferred property
- Start of negotiations between Million Euro Listing and selling party & closing deal
- Meeting with lawyer and other professionals if needed (e.g. mortgage advisor, tax advisor, etc.)
- Reservation Contract to be signed and fee to be paid to take the property from the market (first payment)
- Gathering of information and documents by lawyer and other professionals
- Private Purchase Contract (PCP) to be signed at lawyer’s office (second payment)
- Final Deeds be signed at the notary, final payment and keys will be handed over (third payment)
- You’re now the owner of your Spanish dream house! Congratulations!
- On request we can assist you with after sales, e.g. insurances, interior design, property management, renovations, etc.
